Waiver for Minor's Participation in the Padded Longsword Tourney

I understand that martial art activities may be dangerous and that injuries may occur. I will not hold The Three Musketeers Fair, Academy of Knightly Arts, The Winnekenni Foundation, Silvermane limited or any person working for them responsible for any injuries that may happen to the minor mentioned below or to any damages that may happen to thier personal belongings while they are competeing in the Call to Arms Tournaments or partaking in any activities at The Three Musketeer Fair. The minor mentioned below is at least 15 years old as of May 13th 2006, and may compete in the Padded Longsword Tournament with my full understanding of the terms above and with my full conscent.
