| The tournament entrance fee gets the competitor and one squire into the fair for free. Competitors entering more than one tournament, may still only bring one squire in for free. Squires who enter a competition must pay the competitor entrance fee. | |

| Winnekenni Castle onsite ammentities: The Castle park has miles of trails, that are shared with runners, bicycles, and walkers... Equestrians are welcome to show up early and take a day to explore. We would recommend that you bring your own stash of water, hay, and grain, and there will be city water available by hose for the horses. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving before Sunday. Off site Horse Lodging is available for $20.00 a night: This includes rough board with and indoor arena, access to water and scheduled turnout fields. Contact us for reservations. The barn is is located just 4 miles from the event site. Camping is also available onsite: at no extra charge, horse owners must bring suitable pens for their horses, and no horses should be left unattended. Clean up: All Competitors are required to attend to their mounts and their messes, including the disposal of waste from the list field and/or penned area before leaving the event. | |
